2e3 class camp reflection
Lee Shao Yang(31)

Day1
It was the first day of the camp. I was looking foward to the camp since start of the year. I woke up as usual. After preparing for the camp, I took my heavy bag and went to school. At school, we went to the usual assembly but we were dismissed from the assembly as we needed to board the bus to Changi Adventure Site.
It was a long ride. We put our bags down and immediately went for kayaking. I did not attend it as i had an injury at my leg. I could only watch them kayak. After the long wait, we assembled our raft materials and went for lunch. Then we went to put our bags in the tent we pitched and continued with our rafting. My group could not decide which design to build. We decided to follow Speedy's idea. However, we could not tigh the poles and barrels tight enough. So we decided to take out the poles on top of the barrels. We thought that it will be an 'EpIc FaiL' but when we test the raft, it wasnt that bad. The instructors gave a brief summary of the raft then we dismantled the raft.
We went for outdoor cooking and it was the BEST MEAL OF THE CAMP! After dinner, we were introduced to a weird but fun game. We had to compete with the other teams to do the most number of silly things (eg. kissing a tree for 30sec) to win. Although my team did not win, it was fun. Finally, we went to bath and had supper and it was the end of day 1. It was a tiring day but it was really fun and I improved my friend bonding by the activities we were given.Zzzzzzzzzz

Day 2
I had a horrible night. I only slept 4 hours. I woke up 5 times and i had 14 mosquito bites altogether. We had our breakfast and went to Sungei Buloh. We saw the Mangrove Swamps and many animals. I enjoyed the trip. We got back to school and finished the worksheet. The lunch was hOrRiBLe.
Finally, I got to do the activity i was looking forward to the most - High Elements. I did not listen to the safety briefing and did not knew what to do as a spotter. I should have listen to the safety briefing as my friend and I could get injured. The leap of faith
