Day 1 :
Went to school as usual and set off at 8.05am, after Miss Foo finished her speech. We left our things at the camp room and surrendered our pathetic valuable stuffs. [*inserts many many sad faces!] After we've all packed our stuffs needed for the day and the day after, we set off to Changi Coast Adventure Camp. The bus wasn't comfortable at all as it was shaking non-stop, very very irritating. Finally, we arrived at our destination, we left our bags down and applied sunblock lotions etc. and headed for kayaking!
After a short safety briefing, we got the stuffs needed for kayaking and went into the sea! My partner is Jeanette, she's a very hardworking person. I was very tired and my arms were killing me. I kept whining and tried to slack a little but Jeanette did not stop paddling even though she was as tired as I am. Be proud of her! Okay, it started to drizzle and then followed by a heavy rain. The raindrops hit my face and I can hardly see a thing! The kayak was also hard to control because of the waves, several times, we thought we were going to capsize. Luckily, we were on land safely, without even capsizing! [*shouts yay!]
We went to gather and was told that we were given 10minutes to rinse ourselves and gather back for lunch. After everyone is done, we gathered under a shelter and had our lunch, famished to the max. :( The food was really the BEST as compared to the rest of our meals, I finished it within minutes! You can imagine how hungry i was. After that, we was told to pinch our tents on the grass patches assigned by the facilitators. The grass was extremely wet and it's so disgusting! However, we still enjoyed it a lot. Okay okay, after that, we collected some pipes and barrels for rafting. My group kept trying and trying to get the right concepts of building a raft. We was the last group to finish the rafts, yet our raft is very simple. We only used 4 barrels and it was done.
It was time to try out our rafts, the seawater was filled with seaweeds and rubbish, totally gross! My group tried our raft, it floated but soon, it was dismantled. [*sad!] An accident happened to one of our classmate, we was thankful that nothing serious happened. We were lectured for not making the initiative to help our classmate when she's injured. Okay, was told to rinse ourselves again. After rinsing, we're to get into our groups and choose a leader to collect the food for Outdoor Cooking. We got all the stuffs we needed and started cooking, it's so very yummy!
After cooking, we played Whizz Challenge (i think?). It was so fun, we enjoyed it so much. I love the part when Luqman stepped on the cockroach, and we're to mourn over its death, HOW PATHETIC ARE WE. It was very funny! I also love the part when all of us had to hide under the table and say 'World War 2 is coming! Take cover!' No idea why, but it's so fun. I got so hyped up for this game. Hehe, after the game, all of us bathed and gathered for our supper. A horrible incident happened and some of our classmates cried so badly. Many of us was not able to sleep because it was so warm in there and it was extremely dark because we did not unzip the tent. But still, we managed to sleep in the end.
Day 2 :
Woke up by all the noises, start packing my stuffs and washed up :D After all that, we're supposed to un-pinch our tents and set off to Sungei Buloh. One of the most memorable thing was that a bus was coming our way and I accidentally hit my cup of HOT MILO and it scalded my toes. [*sad faces!] IT WAS SO PAINFUL, I limped my way up the bus, how sad. On the way to Sungei Buloh, I took a short nap and I couldn't stay awake after that. Sungei Buloh was much much better than Macritchie Reservoir as there wasn't as much mosquitoes there. I didn't get any 'love bites' from them. We walked around the place with our heavy bags and our sleeping mats/bag, hate it~

Heard stories about Tsunami and how mangroves helped in Tsunami. We saw many insects, animal and birds. The Monitor Lizard was the cutest! It's so gigantic, about the size of my school bag! (wow) After the walk, we was sent back to school for our CRC. It was totally great. I have not overcomed my fears of height but I managed to do all 3 high elements! I want to try the low ones but there wasn't enough time! The Leap of Faith was extremely scary because when you're climbing up, you'll feel that the log's about to drop, and when you reach the very top, it shaked so badly that your leg will refuse to move. I was super afraid that I'll fall and die, I even gave the wrong command. Okay, too scared so I said 'Climbing!' instead of 'Jumping!', RETARDED I KNOW! After 3 times of wrong command, I finally got it right and jumped! There, I got the pole and I reached the ground safely.
We got our pretty class tees and went to change into it. After that we gathered to finish some papers and then we had our awful dinner which turns out to be something bad on the 3rd day.. Anyway, after dinner, we had to prepare a skit for campfire. My group's skit was pretty funny, everyone co-operated and I think we did a great job. After preparing, we practised some cheers and started the campfire. It wasn't as fun as the previous year, for me. So.. after the camp, we bathed and had our supper. Milo + Biscuits, as usual~ After that, lights off!
Day 3 :
Day 3 :
I got up at 5.30am due to a terrible tummyache, I tried to wake Poly and Rachel up but they were sleeping like fat pigs. Rachael got up and accompanied me to the toilet. I knew I wasn't the only one who's got tummyache. After that we went back, found out that many people have the same problem as us too. Time for breakfast, my stomach feels very empty even after eating. After breakfast, we went to the Music Room(?) and had some briefings on CPR. Had to try out, yuck! Thankfully we don't have to give our first kisses away! After that, went to the camp room, listened to some stories and was taught some bandaging skills. Headed to the lab after all these and did some peer assessments. After all that, we're suppose to update this blog so yeap, this post! Home sweet home after that. :D
The camp really bonded us a lot! Especially when you're in a group where you're close to no one. You learn how to listen to each other's opinion and how to work together as a team. And most importantly, if the food smells/taste awful, DON'T EAT IT. I would rather you people starve to death than suffer to death. :D:D

AMANDACHY! :D
Wait, wasn't it an ant? It was either an ant or a cockroach, but I think it was an ant :)
